Plan Review Comments
Prefabricated modules have been reviewed and approved by State agency. All reference and details approved by the State shall be noted as “FOR REFERENCE ONLY”. The scope of review by the Building department is limited to foundation plan and structural connection details to the foundations. For example, sheet SCS through SD4 shall be noted “For Reference Only” on the drawings.
