Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)On first sheet of plans please indicate the scope of work under this permit.Identify using a wall legend all walls that are existing and will remain and those that will be removed.Specify the type of construction and occupancy group including if the building is sprinklered on plans.Specify the existing and proposed use of the space.Is there a TI permit for this project submitted under a separate permit number?Specify the use and occupancy of all rooms because of this TI. Please clarify if the intention is to keep this space unoccupied until a TI permit is submitted and issued! Or if the space is being converted into a warehouse.Please note for Tenant improvement, the path of travel to the area of remodel and the bathrooms serving the area of remodel need to be made accessible. Notes and details should be provided to show compliance.An accessible parking space in addition to access to the public way must be shown on the plans. In addition,an accessible entrance need to be shown.Provide an occupancy count to show compliance with the mechanical code for number of fixtures and number of bathrooms.The plans as shown now are incomplete, after all this information is properly shown on the plans, the plans should be resubmitted for plan check.
