Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceThere seems to be some changes/ discrepancies between these drawings and the approved permitted plans dated 04-05-2016; permit # 10187825 as follow:A new pair of doors placed in front of room # 111, Gown In room within the non-rated corridor.A new pair of doors in shown in the north wall near utility room # 123,Existing pair of door connecting non-rated corridors # 136 & 167 is replaced with a door and a counter.Provide documents that above items are done with a building permit from City of Santa Ana, or include them as part of this permit and show full compliance with CBC 2016 for each item.
