The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). Dimension the width of the landing and stairs outside the proposed dining area. Show all kitchen counters on floor plans. Dimension the height of the deck outside the dining area. Cross-reference the proposed stairs with a section that shows the run and rise of the steps. The garage is too close to the proposed addition. Provide 5/8” drywall on the garage side of the wall facing the residence. Provide lateral support for the patio cover Reference the details properly, example detail 4 on 7? Clarify how the MST strap will bend to connect to the ridge or post. Dimension the width of the footings. This addition need to comply with the California Green building code requirements. Please provide the proper notes on plans to show compliance.
