All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5862 for an appointment.Sheet T-1.02, please update the code section to 2016 CBC.Sheets A-2.03 & A-2.04, provide missing details or reference sheet. See the red marks on these sheets of drawings.Sheets A-4.01 & S3-00, provide a typical section at the bottom of the proposed elevations and show the clearance between the wood louvers & ground surface. Show compliance with CBC Section 2304.12.1.5.Sheet S1-00, under the “Design Criteria” , please update the code reference to 2016 California Building Code (CBC).Sheet S2-02, provide missing beam sizes as marked on the drawings. should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceIt is the project designer’s/property owner’s responsibility to show compliance on the drawings with all applicable Federal and State Accessibility Standards.Seems like this site has been updated in past to comply with the accessibility requirements and REFERENCE SHEETS are submitted for this purpose.
