The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
All sheets of plans should be of the same size.
Can’t submerge wood in concrete to create a fixed connection. Provide steel posts.
Structural calcs for the post used a steel plate; that is not what is shown on the plans. Please coordinate plans with calcs and provide a legitimate connection.
Show min distance between the proposed structure and the existing building.
