- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000)Provide the proper type of construction on the plans. This does not appear to be a type 11B building.Please indicate if the building is sprinklered.Provide the proper Occupancy group on the plans.Provide a wall detail showing size gauge and height. In addition, show method of attachment to floor and structure above.Provide a fixture count based on the plumbing code to determine the total number of required bathroom fixtures.Provide bathroom detail to show that the existing bathroom complies with the accessibility requirements.Provide proper information on site plan to show that the path of travel to the area of remodel complies with the accessibility requirements.
