Provide a 1-hour construction details for all garages located on the property line. Cross reference details with the plans. Show on floor plan the requirement for an EV ready panel and raceway. Show on plans the requirements for solar ready. The window above the stair landing might have to be tempered glass based on its elevation above the landing. List the green building sheets on the index. Add notes to plan to show the EV ready and the raceways for solar ready. Is the perimeter wall part of this permit? Provide detail of the stair handrail. Provide a soil’s report for this project.
