If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Please clarify if the system is a ballast system, or attached to the roof structure? It seems there are details for both.If the system is a ballast system, the weight of the ballast should be included in the weight calculations.Please make sure the engineer of record sign the sheet with the weight calculations.The scale shown for the plan is 1/16”=1’ or 1”=16’. The dimension do not match the scale.Is the roof flat?Per section 3111.2.3, if the building is greater than 250 in any dimension, the perimeter access need to be 6ft. not 4 ft.Based on the scale shown the building is wider than 250 ft.Please provide dimensions.Provide a minimum 4 ft pathway. (dimension the pathway way shown between the arrays to be a min. of 4ft.Identify all skylights and show complianc3e with the smoke ventilation of section 3111.2.3.3
