Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Orange County Fire Authority approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceProvide an exiting plan for this building with 216,550 SF to show that with installation of these storage racks of 10,650 SF, the exiting system for this building will not be compromised.Provide structural calculations and drawings, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer for: - Sway of these storage racks to ensure that the clearances from existing columns in this building will be adequate. Sheet A3.0 Calls for 2” clearance from the building columns.
