The recheck of your drawings was completed this morning, 03-05-2019; and they are approved for building permit issuance subject to items listed below. The approved plans are placed at the plan check counter for your convenience.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.The Engineering of records shall provide structural calculation and construction details for changing the roof framing from pre-fab trusses to conventional frame roof. Also, details # 1, 2, 3, & 4 on sheet SD2 and detail # 5/SD3 shall be modified to reflect changes in roof framing.
