All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered engineer.
Detail 3/A4.3 shows 6’-10” headroom under the patio cover beam. CRC Section R305.1 requires 7’-0” min. headroom. Please modify this sheet and resubmit.
A king post shall be provided under the ridge beam and the 6 X 14 beam as marked on sheet S2.2.
Seems like one 6 X 14 beam is supported by other 6 X 14 beam per detail 3/S3.2. Please call out the hanger information on the detail.
Provide positive attachments at the top and bottom of 6 X 6 Cripple post to carry the ridge beam reaction on detail 4/ S3.2.
The code editions on sheet S1.1 shall be updated to 2016 Codes.
Detail 3/S1.1 shall be updated as marked.
Any ceiling-tie for the proposed storage room?
Is the storage room attached to the existing house?
The detail 7/S3.2 is not referenced on the foundation plan.
Please check stress level for the 6 X 6 post under the proposed patio cover for lateral loads. Seems like post needs to be 8 X 8 to carry the loads.
Please check the tension and compression effect of seismic loads for the base connection of these posts. Bolts and wood post.

The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
