Pass of travel to the area of remodel and bathrooms serving the area of remodel need to comply. Any new work should comply with the accessibility requirements. Provide plans, details etc to show that the bathrooms are in compliance.Detail 2 on S1 notch the mansard rafter to get a full bearing on the 4X beam.
