The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). -Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance. Dimension the width of the corridor. The smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm need to be interconnected and hard wire, where is the specifications. I see that there is supposed to be a note number 1 somewhere? Show location of heater, if in attic, show attic layout and profile, make sure is adequate head room clearance for the furnace. Show location of house attic access. This project need to comply with the green building code, provide notes and details to show compliance. Show location of EV ready raceway per green building code. Show location of solar ready raceway per green building code. Provide a grade beam underneath all narrow simpson shear walls in garage. Provide a dimension for footing depth. Call out special inspection for epoxy anchors per the ESR report. Provide a 1-hr separation between the house and the garage. Provide detail.
