CBC Sections A106.1 and A106.3.4.1.PLAN REVIEW COMMENTSOn sheet number two of the plan, plan view indicates lightweight tile as roofing material, and Left Elevation shows a roof slope of one-foot horizontal-to-3/8-inches vertical ratio. Person California Residential Code Section R905.3.2, the minimum roof slope shall be (2 ½:12) minimum. Revise roof slope as necessary.Show an existing exterior door on Plan View on sheet 2. The proposal of exterior-enclosure structure shall not eliminate the existing exterior door.Specify underlayment specification for roof tile.Show exterior landing, size, dimensions, and elevation difference between the threshold and the ground below.Provide partial floor plan where the enclosure structure is connected. Provide information such that light, ventilation and egress requirement are not compromised as described per Appendix I Section I103.2.
