Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceDoes the existing elevator complies with the accessibility requirements of CBC Sections 11B-206.6 &11B-407? Please provideclear notes on the drawings to indicate these requirements or show compliance on the drawings. Revise the note #2 under “DOOR NOTES”, on sheet “A-1”, of drawings to reflect the requirements of CBC Section 1010.1.9.3 Exception 2.2, which reads “THIS DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED WHENEVER THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED.”Means of egress from all occupied parts of the building be provided with at least 1’ candle of light at floor level. Provide a note on the drawings.
