- The scope of work for this permit is: legalizing the demo of 2 interior doors and an interior window. However, the “floor plan on sheet A1.2” in addition to above items, shows 3 new storage rooms and designation for 7 new windows. Please verify the scope of the work for this building permit and have the floor plan reflecting the work to be doneunder the subject building permit application.
- Delete all notes and details from drawings that are not a part of the work to be done under the subject building
permit application. This includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical work that is not specifically required by
the Building Code.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceDrawings submitted to the Building Division for review shall provide the following information to insure compliance with CBC Chapter 11B:
- An accessible entrance
- An accessible route to the altered area
- Accessible restrooms
- Accessible telephone (if any)
- Accessible drinking fountains, and
- Parking, signage and alarmsThe sheet “A2.3” shall be upgraded to show compliance with CBC chapter 11B. See the red marks on this sheet.
