Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Provide a copy of the soil’s report that shows the parameters relied upon in the design of the caissons.On the wall section please show the distance from the bottom of the caisson to daylight. If the site is flat indicate so on plans.Make sure the point below grade where the depth of the caisson is to be measured is identified in the soil’s report. Currently, per your calculations it appears to be taken from the top of grade.Per the soil’s report, The soil’s engineer is to “review the design to ensure compliance with the soil’s report”. Please provide a letter from the soil’s engineer to show that the geotechnical engineer has reviewed the plans and comply with the soil’s report.
