- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceCity records note the type of building construction as VB under a previous/out-of-date code edition. Please note type of construction on drawing as VB based on the 2016 California Building Code Chapters 5 and 6.The project information on the cover sheet shall be updated for this issue.The “PARTIAL ROOF FRAMING PLAN” AND “EQUIPEMENT PLATFORM DEATIL” on calculation shall match the drawing sheet “S-1” for: (N) 4 X 6 Purlin, (N) 4 X 6 Blocking, NEW PLATFORM and other framing notes.
