Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)Since this is a testing lab, it should be completely separated from the adjacent distribution shop. Currently as shown on plans it is not separated.The vestibule as shown is not code compliance. Please see CBC chapter 10 and chapter 11B for required vestibule dimensions. Show the size in square feet of each of the remaining suites.Show compliance with the plumbing code for the number of fixtures including water fountain based on the occupant load. Please note hatoriginally this was checked as a single suit. This is not a building code requirements it is a state or local ordinance requirements. Please provide the proper verbage.
