Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Please call (714) 647-5830 for an appointment.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.PLAN REVIEW COMMENTSProvide basic building-code information on sheet T1.1 such as occupancy group, type of construction, and sprinkler installation.On title sheet T1.1, clearly indicates trailer structures have been reviewed and approved by other Authority-Having-Jurisdiction (AHJ). The scope of review in City of Santa Ana includes site review, structural connections between structures and foundations, and accessibility requirements.On sheet A1.1, cross reference detail 8/AD1.1 where new gates are shown on site plan.On sheet A1.1, show minimum 24-inch strike-edge clearnace beyond the latch side of the gates at perimeter fence.On sheet A1.1, provide detail and specifications for Path-of-Travel (P.O.T.) where dashed lot are shown throughout the site plan. Specify minimum walk width dimension, non-slipping material, maximum slope and crossed slope.For-Reference-Only drawing shows bottom ramp landings are designed by others. To ensure landings are provided, show bottom landing location and dimensions at each ramp on sheet A1.1.The number of accessible parking spaces required are based on the number of standard parking spaces provided on site. Specify the total number of parking spaces on site to demonstrate two accessible parking spaces are adequate.Specify at least one van accessible parking space on sheet A1.1 or on detail 10/AD1.1.Temporary portable restrooms are shown on the site plan. Provide accessibility features on restroom design.Per meeting minutes on July 18th, 2019, Ednovate will try to secure trailer bathrooms to be placed upon the empty lot. However, in the event they are not able to secure the bathrooms, Ednovate may have the exclusive use of two restrooms in the gym. On the site plan, identify restroom location in the gym and show an accessible path of travel to the gym’s restrooms. Show on plan the aggregate accessible toilet rooms meet the requirements of CBC section 11B-213.2.
