Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. The original plans call the wall to be removed as a non bearing wall, This wall appears to be a bearing wall, and from detail 1 shown on this wall could also be a shear wall. Please justify that by removing this wall there is enough lateral load resisting support for the house. Detail 1 on SD!, where are the ceiling joists? Please clarify.
