This is a plan revision to 10199824
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
The original plans call the wall to be removed as a non bearing wall, This wall appears to be a bearing wall, and from detail 1 shown on this wall could also be a shear wall. Please justify that by removing this wall there is enough lateral load resisting support for the house.
Detail 1 on SD!, where are the ceiling joists? Please clarify.
