Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceCBC Sections 11B-227 7 11B-904. Where a sale counter is provided in as retail sales, show compliance with these Sections of CBC. Provide the following information on the drawings: counter that is at least 36” long and no more than 28 to 34” high.CBC Sections 11B-222 & 11B-803, Fitting and Dressing Rooms: - Where fitting or dressing rooms are provided for male or female customers, employees, orthe general public, 5 percent, but never less than one, of dressing rooms for each type of use in each cluster of dressing rooms shall be accessible. Provide information on the drawings that show compliance.Provide structural calculations and drawings, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer for: - New mechanical equipment on roof (note on Roof Framing Plan weight of each existing and new piece of equipment on the roof) - New equipment screening on roof if it is required by Planning Division.A key plan must be provided for the structural members designed on all pages of calculations so that the calculations and plans may be correlated.
