Provide a floor plan for the existing second floor and show the traveling distance for 2 exits of the second floor. Revise drawings to show compliance.Due to Demo work, the existing stair near the station 1107 is left with no defined path to the exterior of the building. Per CBC Section 1003.6: “THE PATH OF EGRESS TRAVELALONG A MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL NOT BE INTERUPPTED BY A BUILDING ELEMENT OTHER THAN A MEANS OF EGRESS COMPONENET…” Please revise the drawings to show compliance.This item is not done as of 08-14-2019.Provide completely dimensioned floor plans, elevations and sections of existing sanitary facility insuring wheelchair clearances complying with CBC Section 11B-604 and the California Plumbing Code.Drinking fountains serving the area of new work shall be accessible.
