Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) Provide a statement on the first sheet of plan as to the scope of work under this permit. Please list all items that are to be permitted as part of this submittal. The Architect of record must review and approve these plans as no exception taken.Please specify which of the details shown on sheet GS 6.5 are for reference only and which are part of this project.There are reference to sheets LC, those sheets are not provided.Metal screens shown on GS 6.5, are they part of this project? If so please show location on floor plan or site plan.Provide dimensions for the metal frames shown on sheet GD 6.6, or reference the sheet where the dimensions are show.Specify the type pf construction and occupancy group of the building on plans.Please clarify the base plan shown on GS 6.6, coordinate with floor plan.Are there any infill material joists eyc between the metal memebers shown on sheet GS 6.7? specially the large open area?Re-label the sheets, there are two LS .1 that show different features.Please clarify which of the items shown on the site plan are to be permitted as part of this permit, any fencing , sound walls, media walls unless shown on the architectural plans, should be shown on t a plan signed and approved by the licensed architect. These walls might affect the exiting plan and travel distances of the building.Provide on first sheet of plans a list of tall the plans that are submitted as a part of this permit.Plans call for a glass sound walls no details or calcs are provided for such a wall.
