Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceSubmit a signed copy of the contract showing labor and materials for all work to be done under the subject building permit application. The plan check engineer may accept the contract price as the valuation of improvements for unique/unusual projects in lieu of using a cost per square foot basis.Provide the following: - Disabled access compliance must be shown on the site plan.Provide typical section view detail of all new partitions and ceilings showing: - Provide on the drawings details for the lateral support of partitions, rails and similar space dividers less than 5’ 9” in height. - Sheathing material and details of attachment. Note type, size, and spacing of fasteners.It is the project designer’s/property owner’s responsibility to show compliance on the drawings with all applicable Federal and State Accessibility Standards.Drawings submitted to the Building Division for review shall provide the following information to insure compliance with CBC Section 11B-202.4: - An accessible entrance - An accessible route to the altered area - Accessible restrooms - Accessible telephone (if any) - Accessible drinking fountains, and - Parking, signage and alarmsComplete the attached Disabled Accessibility Documentation Form.Curb ramp cannot be on the Access aisle.Show path of travel from accessible parking to the entrance, since there is 6-inch elevation difference. Show the curb ramp is in compliance with accessibility.Provide 60 inch clearance from the toilet wall to the sink.Provide minimum 12” clearance to the strike edge of door #2.Provide post at all the red mark on sheet A-2.On detail 6 show the walls will be connected and supported by the metal post.Provide spacing for the metal post.Provide ICC report for the expansion bolt on detail 6. Provide special inspection if it is required.
