- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceGlass and glazing shall be in accordance with CBC Chapter 24. Note on the drawings all sidelights, and doors having glazing to comply with CBC Chapter 24. Indicate the type and thickness of each light of glazing on the drawings.
