There may be additional requirements when complete construction drawings and supporting data is submitted for Building Safety Division review.Sheet A-1On the site plan, cross reference the one-hour fire protection detail at the eave of the proposed storage building where fire separation distances are less than 5 feet between property line and the eave.On the enclosure patio floor plan, specify exterior landing and dimensions at door “A” and door “B”.Sheet A-2On patio framing plan, specify connection detail between Simpson strong wall and existing roof framing.On patio foundation plan, specify the type of post-installed anchor bolt and the Simpson strong wall. Detail 1 on sheet SSW1 shows a standard anchorage for non post-installed connection.
