The occupancy group may be revised to a more restrictive classification if the occupant load in the bakery expansion is equal or greater than 50. If this is the case, the occupancy group will be classifying as an assembly group (A-2). A higher level of life-safety design and fire protection features are required than the current design. Provide an occupant load calculation to determine the appropriate occupancy group on this expansion project.Include installation of new beam and posts under Scope of Work.Sheet A2.2Where is existing wall between suite B and suite C in the kitchen area? Provide existing floor plan for verification.A new 4x12 beam is shown where the non-bearing wall is being removed. What is the new beam supporting?Provide structural connection detail between new posts and foundation. Detail one indicates post-size per plan. However, post size is not specified on floor plan. Provide and cross reference an enlarged accessible restroom and show all relevant accessible restroom features such as clear floor space, grab bars, and floorplan dimensions. Detail 6 on sheet ADA2-2 does not match the floor plan layout.
