Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceShow weight of the sign on the drawings.Show clear height under the sign.Please see Public works for sign encroachment to the side walk.Provide detail to show how Un-reinforced masonry can show resistance to the pull forces created by the sign.Provide calculation to justify the area of bearing plate.Treaded rod with epoxy doesn’t provide pull out resistance in un-reinforced masonry.Provide attachment detail for the sign to the plate, and size of the steel tube.
