All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered professional engineer. (CRC R301.1.3, CBC 107.1 and 107.3.4.1).
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
Drawings must be to scale and be on 18" x 24" minimum sheets.
Please provide complete floor plan.List the use of each room or area.Provide window and door schedule. Callout sizes and types of openings and if new or existing.Carbon monoxide alarms combined with smoke alarms shall comply with both sections R314 and section R315, all applicable standards, and requirements for listing and approval by the Office of the State Fire Marshal, for smoke alarms.Patio Enclosure shall have minimum 65% opening on 2 long sides.Aluminum patio enclosure shall be ICC or IAMPO approved. Please provide ICC report or IAMPO report for the proposed patio enclosure.
