All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.On the plan, please provide job description (scope of work). Sheet S1.1: Construction shall comply with the 2019 Code edition. Please revise notes and code reference to reflect with the 2019 California Building Codes and Standards. Structural calculation: please revise Code reference to show 2019 CBC. Update formulas, design stresses, schedules and computer sheets as necessary.It is the project designer’s/property owner’s responsibility to show compliance on the drawings with all applicable Federal and State Accessibility Standards. Where alterations or additions are made to existing facilities, an accessible path of travel to the area of alteration/addition shall be provided. (11B-202.4)An accessible route from public sidewalk and from accessible parking to the boundary of the sport activity area. Toilet facility serving the (sport) area) shall be made accessible to persons with disabilities. Please show/provide an accessible path of travel to the existing restroom facility. Provide restroom plan and details to show compliance with Section 11B-Division 6. The 20 percent exception rule (exception 8 of Section 11B-202.4) may be used. Attached is the Disabled Access Compliance Documentation Form for your use. On the plan, please clearly show exit doors/gates for the sport area. (End of Comment)
