Update formulas, design stresses, schedules and computer sheets as necessary.It is the project designer’s/property owner’s responsibility to show compliance on the drawings with all applicable Federal and State Accessibility Standards. Where alterations or additions are made to existing facilities, an accessible path of travel to the area of alteration/addition shall be provided. Toilet facility serving the (sport) area) shall be made accessible to persons with disabilities. Please show/provide an accessible path of travel to the existing restroom facility. Provide restroom plan and details to show compliance with Section 11B-Division 6. The 20 percent exception rule (exception 8 of Section 11B-202.4) may be used.
