The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Sheet A-001. In the scope of work, item #3 and #4 are cross-out by ink. If these are not part of the scope, please complete delete them from plan. In addition, remove the concrete work on the site plan and remove them from permit application form.
Sheet A-001. Indicate flood zone type is type “X”.
Sheet A-001. Indicate whether building is equipped with automatic fire-sprinkler system.
Sheet A-001. Add 2019 California Energy Code to the applicable codes.
Sheet A-101. Under utility symbols, the lighting note #B, change “or” to “and” at the following sentence: “… shall be high efficacy or and shall be controlled by a photocontrol/motion sensor…” (2019 CEC 150.0(k)3A).
