Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Orange County Fire Authority approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceIt is the project designer’s/property owner’s responsibility to show compliance on the drawings with all applicable Federal and State Accessibility Standards.Since the locations of these EVCS are on the 3rd floor of this existing parking garage, please make a clear note on the drawings for compliance with CBC Section 11B-812.4. (Minimum vertical clearance of 98” is required for: van accessible vehicle space, access aisles serving them, and vehicle routes.)Show compliance with CBC Section 11B-812.7.1 for access aisle for the van accessible stall to be located on the passenger side of the vehicle. See red marks on sheets “C-5” &”C-11”.Also, since there is no accessible route in front of the accessible vehicle, show compliance with CBC Sections 11B-812.5.2 & 11B-812.10.4. The access aisle or the accessible vehicle space shall be switched for the standard accessible stall so that access to the charger will be maintained. See red marks on sheet “C-11”.
