All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5812 for an appointment.The drawings/information submitted for Building Safety Division review is incomplete. The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2019 California Building Standards Code with local amendments.All persons preparing plans, specifications, and instruments of service for others shall sign those plans, specifications and other instruments of service for others shall sign those plans, specifications and other instruments of service and all contracts therefore. - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.Drawings must be to scale and be on 18” x 24” minimum sheets and shall be presented in a clear and organized manner conducive for plan review.Not clear, is trash enclosure attached to the wall.Provide path of travel to the trash enclosure.Show trash enclosure door is in compliance with accessibility.Material on the plans show sheet metal but information provided is Vinyl please verify.
