Plans resubmitted without the red markup set may result in delayed review time and additional plancheck fees. Clarify roof rafter size on the section AA and the legend. It shows 2x10 in the section, but only 2x6 in the legend. Provide ST6236 straps on plan tying the front porch to the remainder building. Those straps are on the approval plans. However, they are missing on this revision. Per prescriptive design, minimum 4 feet length WSP panels are required at each end of the building. However, the revised plan shows only 2.5 feet in length on two locations. Please provide engineering design for the shear walls located in the front and the back exterior walls. The revised plan (sheet S-1) and the structural calculation is required to be stamped, signed and dated by a licensed civil, structural engineer or a licensed architect.
