Application is made through the Building Safety Division (647-5800) and the plan review is by the Public Works Agency (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceProvide the following: - Provide a fully dimensioned site plan on each set of plans. - Show location of proposed equipment on the site with their distances to Property lines. - Also, show the screening for this equipment per Planning Division requirements.Provide structural calculations and drawings, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer for: - New equipment screening - Please justify that 6” slab under the Buffer Tankcan take the lateral loads for this tank. -
