Under “site and building data”, instead of S occupancy, show the assigned occupancy to either S1 or S2 in accordance with 2019 CBC Chapter 3.Sheet A1.1. Please print the site plan to match the scale specified.Sheet A1.1. Show an accessible path of travel from an accessible parking space to the accessible exterior entrance of unit 2662. (exterior accessible P.O,T. is required from both public street and accessible parking to accessible building entrance)Sheet A1.1. As part of the demolition permit, the owner spends at least 20% of the valuation of improvements on priority items listed under 2019 CBC 11B-202.4 exception 8. Please show:Adjusted construction cost on the first sheet for this interior demolition project.Items to be upgraded to 2019 code with costs, justify spending at least 20% of the adjusted construction coston the existing, not-compliant items.PC2:The marking of the accessible parking does not comply with Code. Please review the design and review if there is any changes to the current 20% upgrades.Per item b, provide relevant accessibility details.PC2:Detail 1/A1.1 does not comply with Code. In fact, this will decrease existing accessibility of the parking. The marking of the accessible route encroaches the required parking spaceand the length of both accessible parking space and access aisle is not enough. This is prohibited by Code section11B-202.3.1. The minimum required length is 18 feet on both parking space and access aisle. The detail 1/A1.1 does not have the required length and missing borderlines. Please review and revise design. Make clarification on this detail and the site plan. Please make sure your design is constructible. I have marked some issues on plan. Please see email attachments. To avoid multiple reviews, please contact me to discuss this issue prior to make corrections.Sheet A1.1. Revise detail 1 to provide diagonal accessible parking space detail on plan in complying with CBC 11B-502 also refer to Fig. 11B-502.2, Fig 11B-502.3 and Fig 11B-502.3.3. Please verify on plan the parking space meets the minimum dimensions.PC2:See item 9.c. In addition, identify what is the proposed work in the detail 1/A1.1. Are you proposing to re-stripe the entire van accessible parking and access aisle?Add the following note to plan: “Building/suite/unit shall not be occupied until a permit for tenant improvement is issued and finaled”Sheet A2.1. Provide wall legend to identify the existing walls to remain and the non-load bearing partitions to be removed.
