The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
- School District Compliance Certificate; and a copy of the building permit application, signed by
the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of the work.In addition to other fees, a "Park Acquisition and Development Fee" in the amount shownbelow
shall be required pursuant to a resolution of the City Council for the Recreation andCommunity

Drawings must be to scale and be on 18" x 24" minimum sheets.
Scale of Drawings must be large enough to insure legibility.

Please provide the following information on the first sheet (cover sheet) of the plan:
Applicable Codes: Construction shall comply with 2019 of California Residential Code, California Building Code, California Energy Code, California Mechanical Code, California Electrical Code, California Plumbing Code, and California Green Building Code.

Sheet 1A:
Site plan: The proposed ADU building shall be provided with a 5-ft minimum fire distance, measured from the property line to the eave/rake projection. Otherwise, provide details to show at least one-hour fire protection on the underside of eave or provide fire blocking.
Sheet 5:
Please provide rise (7.75” maximum) and run (11” minimum) dimensions for the exterior stair.
Manufactured Home Unit
The manufactured home plans shall be reviewed and approved by Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) of the State of California.
Please provide State approved documents (plans with HCD approval stamps) for the proposed ADU unit.
The State approved plan shall be based on the most current Codes and Standards (2019 edition).
Please provide foundation plans and details to show attachment and support for the manufactured home. Engineering may be required. Plan review will be continue at time of resubmittal and additional comment may be required.
