On the plan, please provide recycling program to show compliance with the Green Building Code. 2nd Review Comment: Could not locate information for waste management on the plan. Structural Comments: Lateral / shear wall – Due to the removal of the interior wall and the addition, lateral resisting (shear wall) shall be provided along the front wall line. Provide calculation. Detail 3/D1 called out for posted installed hold-down anchor was not applicable. Please provide detail to show post-installed hold-down anchor condition and clearly cross-reference onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Response was insufficient. Hold-down anchor placement into existing footing (post-installed) is different than hold-down anchor to new footing (cast-in-place). Please provide calculation and detail for new hold-down anchor to existing footing – design for cracked and non-cracked concrete condition.
