Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (667- 3600)Clearly indicate the scope of work under this building permit application: - Revise project job description on the building permit application worksheet to reflect the work to be done under the subject building permit application. The application shows 559 sf. However, floor plan shows 15’x43’=645 sf. walk-in cooler and freezer. In addition, the 344 sf. walk-in cooler + 258 sf. freezer =602 sf. does not match 645 sf. Please clarify all inconsistent information on plan and building permit worksheet. - Provide a narrative scope of work on the cover sheet.All persons preparing plans, specifications, and instruments of service for others shall sign those plans, specifications and other instruments of service for others shall sign those plans, specifications and other instruments of service and all contracts therefore. This requirement applies to both exempt and non-exempt projects. Cooler and freezer wall panel shall be connected to the supporting structure with fasteners specified complying with the building code and shall be detailed on the approved plans.The seismic anchors and continuous backing used to attach cooler and freezer wall panels to concrete slab as shown on the attached detail shall be designed and detailed on approved plans by California licensed structural or civil engineer.
