All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Sheet S1. Indicate type of construction, occupancy group and weather building is equipped with automatic fire sprinklers on plan.
Sheet S1. Add note to plan that the design shall comply with 2019 California Building Code and city amendments.Sheet S1. On the Blow-up plan, show dimensions between the rack columns and the exterior walls for the storage racks. Provide sufficient amount of dimensions to locate each column on plan.Sheet SED1. Detail 2. Provide dimensions on plan for the spacing between the diagonal bracing and the horizontal bracing members.Note on the drawings locations and inscriptions of 50 square inch minimum size permanent plaques installed in conspicuous locations, showing the maximum permissible unit load in clear, legible print.** There is no red lines on the drawings and in the structural calculation. You may work on plan check corrections without picking up previous submitted plans.** For existing project resubmittal, please use our Plan Drop Location at the southeast entrance to City Hall Ross Annex, which is available: Monday thru Thursday, 9:00am to 12noon (Note all plans will be quarantined for 24 hours) For projects currently being reviewed by our third-party consultants, please resubmit the revised plans back to the respective consultant directly
