All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.

If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.All drawings shall be signed by the person who prepared these plans and specifications.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).Sheet 2. There are total 19 lights shown on the site plan. However, the scope shows only existing light poles are replaced. The number does not match. Please clarify on plan.Sheet 2. Clearly indicate all property line and public right-of-way on the site plan. In addition, please clarify the following on the site plan:The light #1 and #2 shall not encroach into the public-right-of-way including its footing. Clarify on the site plan with measurements. Show all footings to be located within the property.The light #6 and #7 shall not encroach into neighbor’s property including its footing. Clarify on the site plan with measurements.Show all footings to be located within the property.Provide dimensions on the site plan to locate all 19 new lights.Plans shall be stamped, dated and signed by the license professional in record.There two independent deep footings are constructed side-by-side (e.g. light #8 and light #9) at 6 locations.Provide engineering justification and footing design and detail to justify group effect per CBC 1810.2.5. The analysis shall be stamped, dated and signed by the structural engineer in record.OR design as one combined concrete footing supporting two light poles. Provide revised design, details and calculations.
