If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections, if it was picked up. This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A1-1:Clearly indicate the scope of work under this building permit application: - Provide job description on the building permit application worksheet to reflect the work to be done under the subject building permit application. - Construction drawings must clearly show all work to be done under the subject building permit application. - Delete all notes and details from drawings that are not a part of the work to be done under the subject building permit application. Please specify building type of construction and whether it’s equipped with Fire Sprinkler or not. Please specify occupancy group for the proposed use/improvement (F-1). Occupancy separation maybe required. On the plan, please clearly provide statement descripting the use of space (business operating plan). Provide a formal letter addressed to the Building Safety Division describing in detail the manufacturing process from material delivery, storage, handling, packaging, and shipping of finish product. Including an equipment list describing use in the process. Please specify on plan – All cannabis facility shall be provided mechanical ventilation per Mechanical Handout.Please provide/show an accessible path of travel from the accessible parking stall to the building (tenant space) entrance. Accessible path of travel shall be 5% maximum, measured in the direction of travel, and 2% maximum cross-slope. Please provide/show an accessible path of travel from the public sidewalk to the building entrance. On the plan, please show/provide detectable warning (truncated dome) between pedestrian walk (area) and vehicular area (parking area). Provide detail and clearly cross-reference onto the plan. Under the Existing Project Data: Please clarify the statement “Existing Building Area Footprint Less Second Floor”. Sheet A2-1:Please provide proposed floor plan showing existing and new construction. Clearly identify new (N) vs. existing (E). Plan was incomplete. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal and additional comment may be required. Additional plan fees may be required.
