The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
PLAN CHECK COMMENTS:
Provide 2 copies soils investigation study/report for the proposed property: 1010 W MacArthur Blvd. unit #46, Santa Ana, CA to address the cause of the foundation damage and repair recommendations complying with 2019 California Building Code. The report shall be prepared by a licensed professional. The attached soils reports wihin the structural calculation are not for the proposed location and they are outdated (1/10/2006).
On sheet S1. The specified concrete strength is 2500 psi. The engineer of record shall specify the minimum concrete compressive strength on sheet S1 based on the latest soils investigation study/report’s recommendations for foundation retrofit.
