This includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical work that is not specifically required by the Building Code.CBC Sections A106.1 and A106.3.4.1, All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Application is made through the Building Safety Division (647-5800) and the plan review is by the Public Works Agency (647-5039) - County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000)Submit a signed copy of the contract showing labor and materials for all work to be done under the subject building permit application. The plan check engineer may accept the contract price as the valuation of improvements for unique/unusual projects in lieu of using a cost per square foot basis.Sheet G001. Provide an accessible route from an accessible building entrance to the gate of the new trash enclosure. The accessible route shall entirely within the Del Taco’s property. The minimum width is 48” wide. The running slope of walking surfaces shall not be steeper than 1:20 (5%). The cross slope of walking surfaces shall not be steeper than 1:48 (2.083%). Show the accessible route, markings, and detectable warnings on the site plan.Sheet A002. Provide dimensions on the concrete walkway by the rear door. Ensure the door landing and walkway complying with the accessibility requirements in CBC 11B Division 4.Sheet A401. Detail 2 and detail 3. Toilet paper dispensers shall comply with Section 11B-309.4 Operation and shall be 7 inches minimum and 9 inches maximum in front of the water closet measured to the centerline of the dispenser. The outlet of the dispenser shall be below the grab bar, 19 inches minimum above the finish floor and shall not be located behind the grab bars. Dispensers shall not be of a type that control delivery or that does not allow continuous paper flow. §11B-604.7Sheet A402. Detail 11. Provide engineering calculations and structural plans for the support and anchorage of the roof mounted equipment weighing more than 400 pounds or with a center of mass located more than 4-feet above the roof level.
