All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5812 for an appointment.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.The drawings/information submitted for Building Safety Division review is incomplete. The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2019 California Building Standards Code with local amendments.All persons preparing plans, specifications, and instruments of service for others shall sign those plans, specifications and other instruments of service for others shall sign those plans, specifications and other instruments of service and all contracts therefore. should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceSubmit a signed copy of the contract showing labor and materials for all work to be done under the subject building permit application. The plan check engineer may accept the contract price as the valuation of improvements for unique/unusual projects in lieu of using a cost per square foot basis.Indicate detail and section references as to their appropriate location on plan view.Drawings shall be signed by engineer of record.Provide all the details from the calculations on the drawings.Show location of each detail on the drawings and on the perimeter.Are Purple lines part of this permit application also/On detail 1A, 40” oc rebar seems insufficient, provide shorter distance or provide hand calculation to show stress of rebar at the bottom.On detail 1A, please provide Horizontal rebar.Detail # 1B , how would 8” concrete block rest on 8” wide footing?Detail #2, provide size of the block.
