Otherwise, provide details to show at least one-hour fire protection on the underside of eave or provide fire blocking. 2nd Response Comment: Response was insufficient. Building located less than 5-ft from the property line shall comply with the following: Provide one-hour protection exterior wall. One-hour fire-rated wall construction shall be reviewed and approved by the State HCD, and should be the same approved package. Not more than 25% of unprotected openings are allowed when the exterior wall is located less than 5-ft from the property line; and no opening is allowed when the exterior wall is located less than 3-ft from the property line. Non-combustible or ignition resistant materials are not the same as one-hour fire-rated construction. The manufactured home unit with fire-rated exterior wall shall be reviewed and approved by the HCD. Manufactured Home Unit Please provide foundation plans and details to show attachment and support for the manufactured home. Engineering may be required. Plan review will be continue at time of resubmittal and additional comment may be required. 2nd Review Comment: State approved foundation plans – Please provide State approved foundation plans that designed to the current code edition (2019 CBC, CRC, ASCE7-16, etc.).
