Please provide complete stamp showing required information registered state, and name of licensee on all sheets. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (667- 3600)Sheet A2.3 and sheet AD.6. Bathroom 01 and bathroom 02: Provide door-mounted signage for all existing restrooms. Show location of the signage on the floor plans and cross-reference signage details to the floor plan. [11B-603 and 11B-703.7.2.6]. Unisex toilet and bathing facilities shall be identified by a circle, ¼ inch thick and 12 inches in diameter with a ¼ inch thick triangle with a vertex pointing upward superimposed on the circle and within the 12-inch diameter. The triangle symbol shall contrast with the circle symbol, either light on a dark background or dark on a light background. The circle symbol shall contrast with the door, either light on a dark background or dark on a light background. §11B-703.7.2.6.3PC2: Sheet AD.6. Detail 7. Remove men and women’s pictograms from the sign.Sheet A2.4. The bathroom 04 was altered without permit, provide design to show compliance with 2019 California Building Code:Dimension the minimum 18 inch interior strike side clearance on the latch side of the door.PC2: Per revised plan, clarify or revise design to ensure that the lavatory does not encroach into the required door maneuvering space. On the pull side, minimum 60” deep x (door width + 18”) clear isrequired. Refer to CBC 11B-404.2.4 and Fig. 11B-404.2.4.1 (a).STRUCTRUALSheet S1 and S2. Refer to red marks on sheet A2.3, highlight all existing, but unrecorded partitions/walls to be legalized. Provide wall framing details in the wall legend and cross-reference to the floor plans.PC2: Please refer to architectural plan sheet A2.3 to identify the existing walls to be legalized at the stairway, wall and electrical room on the first floor.The stairway is altered without permit. Provide stairway framing design and details.Sheet S1 and S2. The door openings in the hall room does not match the updated architectural floor plans. Please update the wall layout in the floor framing and foundation plans. Provide header design and details for the door opening and floor framing design and details in the hall and electrical rooms.Please refer to architectural plan sheet A2.4. Provide roof framing plan and identify the existing walls to be legalized at the bath room 04. Provide construction and connection details for the partition walls. Provide top and bottom bracing for the non-load bearing partitions.Sheet S2. Provide top bracing detail for the non-load bearing partitions.PC2: Refer to item #27 d.
